- the hotel is new (opened 2023) and clean - good breakfast - confortable bed - nice staff - free Basel card included for transportation around the city - bus station nearby - iron and table - free city map from the receptionist during check-in and she also gave us very useful details regarding how to get to the city center and back to the hotel

hotel was brand new and very clean. bed was very comfortable. the price for the parking at the hotel was very reasonable. the city day ticket free of charge was very practical as the hotel is a bit far from the center. but there is a bus stop near by and it takes about 30 minutes on the bus to the old town.

The bed is very comfortable , very large room which is quite rare, the airport is close to the airport and it is not too far from the centre of Basel. I liked the breakfast which has a good variety. the staff were very welcoming. don't forget to ask for your free public transportation pass , the receptionist helped us with that.

New (or renovated?) hotel a little outside the center with cheap parking compared to other hotels in Basel. There’s a new car garage being build right behind the hotel, just thought the entrance to the garage was very narrow (not sure why they would build it like that, there’s tons of space?). Comfortable rooms with basic modern interior. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there’s coffee machines were you can grab coffee and tea to go. Price/quality was great, it’s hard if not impossible to find cheaper hotels in Basel with this quality. Especially if you add parking price. Would recommend!

Our room was very nice and clean and the staff at the bar and the reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, especially considering that it was included in the price. Parking was cheap (12CHF/day) considering that in other options near the city center you have to pay ~30CHF/day

New and clean but it seemed like the parking was a problem. I would stay here again but, I would make them get this parking issue straightened out.

Wonderful brand new hotel. Stunningly clean. Nuce minimalistic Scandinavian design. Spacious rooms, great pillows and bed linen. Free coffee and tea all day long, electric kettle in the room. nothing to add, besides all the comfort there are two buds stations 2 min away. you are in the city centre in 7 min by bus. All the travellers get free public transport ticket for the duration of their stay.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Good breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereals, pastries; various foods to choose from.

- A new building, everything is very clean, designed in a beautiful way - At the reception, we were given a Basel Pass, which was nice to have, as it lets you benefit from some other city transportation offers & museums.

We needed a room that would cater for disabled needs (such as wheelchair accessibility and shower seat) and our room did this perfectly. You do need to indicate that this is what you need. Good location, cleanliness, wheelchair accessibility in room & shower, good breakfast choice and friendly staff.
